Wine tasting: a palate experience
© DesconocidoInstituto Cervantes and Federación Española del Vino (FEV) collaborate with the aim
of spreading wine culture abroad, as part of the Spanish cultural heritage, linked to
moderate consumption patterns and integrated into the millenary Mediterranean Diet,
while providing information on the quality of the product and its qualities, both from
the point of view of health and nutrition and from a sensory, organoleptic and aesthetic
perspective. The aim is to link learning and culture in Spanish with the dissemination
and knowledge of our country’s wines, and of the various designations of origin produced
throughout the Spanish territory, through tastings that allow attendees to obtain more
information on the production and production of wine in a given area.
