New York City International Book Fair (FILNYC) Feria Internacional del Libro en Español de Nueva York 2025

The New York City International Book Fair (FILNYC) is an initiative of the CUNY Institute of Mexican Studies, which celebrates and promotes Spanish-language literature in the United States, bringing together book professionals, writers, editors and publishers, librarians, and their audiences. The Cervantes Institute joins FILNYC with the Lorca Evening and support for the General Directorate of Books. From October 21 to 26, the Cervantes Institute is actively participating in the New York International Book Fair (FILNYC), hosting the Lorca Evening at its headquarters on Thursday, October 24. In addition, Instituto Cervantes supports all the activities organized by the Directorate General for Books of the Ministry of Culture of Spain, which include round tables, dramatized readings, and professional meetings in other venues. Through this collaboration, the Instituto Cervantes reaffirms its commitment to the international promotion of Spanish and its cultures.
