Enomakase IX (C): Special 25 Years Celebration

Eight years ago, and borrowing from the Japanese concept of “omakase” (to entrust), we coined the term Enomakase for our final seminar of the year where we tasted a selection of wines served in a specific order to illustrate the sheer diversity of regions, grapes and styles of the wines of Spain, especially after the unprecedented revolution that is taking place in the country since the 1990s. That tasting was a huge success and every year since it has become our closing seminar. This time, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of our Wine Program at Instituto Cervantes we will offer the ninth iteration our Enomakase tasting with a triple session in which we will showcase an outstanding selection of traditional, modern, new and unusual wines to surprise and enlighten participants about the quality and variety all across Spain’s wine landscape.
