Wine Tasting Seminars: Spring 2026

Created in 1999, the Cervantes Institute’s Wine Program offers each year a comprehensive and exciting series of weekly tasting seminars designed to showcase the richness and diversity of Spanish wines. The program is organized into three seasons: winter, spring, and fall.

Now in its 28th edition, the spring season will run from Thursday, April 2 to Friday, June 5, featuring an exceptional selection of 14 tasting seminars. The program includes our renowned blind tastings, along with sessions devoted to Spain’s main grape varieties, the different aging systems, the impact of winemaking techniques, and a final surprise seminar. We hope you find this new season as interesting as it is enriching.
