Blind Ambition

This enlightening, challenging and fun tasting is devoted to identify the defining features of some of the most distinctive grape varieties and the personality of distinctive wine regions. In each of the flights, we will first taste a classic representative wine, and then we will compare it to other wines to assess similarities and differences due to climate, soil and winemaking factors. This will be an enjoyable learning experience that will help us refine our palates.
