Meet cook and writer María José Sevilla
IbéricaMaría José Sevilla has worked for many years in the field of Food and Wine. A well known cook, writer and broadcaster, she has been at the centre of the discovery of Spanish cuisine by chefs and food writers throughout the world. Her most recent release "Delicioso" is the first book in English to trace the history of the food of Spain from antiquity to the present day. In this online cultural event, we'll be sampling a selection of Ibérica's delicatessen range, where María José Sevilla and César García, will chat together about the gastronomic history of these foods and its evolution and characteristics, each food with its own story to tell.
