¡Delicioso! A gastronomic journey to Spain

Under this name, the Instituo Cervantes London presents a whole programme of events around the Spanish gastronomy and wine culture, that will take part throughout the year. This programme has a dual purpose; on the one hand, contribute to a better knowledge and appreciation of our traditions and the most innovative trends in this matter; on the other, to support the work carried out by the various agents in this field and who are being greatly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic,. In all cases, these event will cover an extensive range of topics and formats , from tastings and tastings, under the heading "Rediscovering Spanish Terroirs", together with book presentations, recipe elaborations and/or conversations with experts and professionals.
