Astronomy for everybody
Online astronomy workshop for everybody with the Spanish astronomer based in Australia Dr. Ángel R. López-Sánchez in collaboration with SRAP. Dr. Ángel R. López-Sánchez graduated in Theoretical Physics at the University of Granada (2000) and is a Doctor in Astrophysics at the University of La Laguna and the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (2006). He works as a multifrequency astrophysicist at the Australian Astronomical Optics (AAO) and the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia). Part of his job is to provide observational support at the Anglo-Australian Telescope, for which he is responsible for one of its scientific instruments. Since 2003 he has written in the astronomical blog "El Lobo Rayado", and in "Universo Rayado" within Naukas since 2015. He is vice president of the Astronomical Association of Córdoba (AAC), representative in the Andalusian Astronomy Network (RAdA) and member of the International Astronomical Union (IAU), the Spanish Astronomy Society (SEA) and the Australian Astronomy Society (ASA). He is the ProAm coordinator for the SEA.
