Enomakase VIII
Seven years ago, and borrowing from the Japanese concept of “omakase” (to entrust), we coined the term enomakase for our final seminar of the year where we tasted a selection of wines served in a specific order to illustrate the sheer diversity of regions, grapes and styles of the wines of Spain, especially after the unprecedented revolution that is taking place in the country since the early 1990s. That tasting was a huge success and every year since it has become our closing seminar. This time we will offer the eighth iteration of our enomakase tasting showcasing a selection of traditional, modern, new and unusual wines to surprise and enlighten participants about the quality and variety all across Spain’s wine landscape.
