ENOMAKASE IV

To close the 2014-2015 tasting year, and borrowing fronm the japanse concepty of "omakase" (to entrust), we coined the term "enomakase" for our final seminar where we taste a selection of wines served in a specific order to illustrate the sheer diversity of regions, grapes and styles of the wines of Spain, especially after the unprecedent revolution that is taking place in the copuntry since the early 1990s. That tasting was a huge success and it has become our closing seminar every year since. This year we will offer the fourth iteration of our "enomakase" seminar showcasing a selection of both traditional and modern wines to surprise and enlighten you about the quality and variety all across Spain's wine landscape.
