Wine and climate

Of all the defining elements of the personality of a wine, very few are as important as climate. The climate of a region is a crucial element in selecting the vine varieties to plant, as well as the personality of the wines. In addition, the climate of a specific vintage is a fundamental element in the quality and style of the wines made that year. In this tasting seminar we will discuss the impact of climate in wines, from those made in cool climate areas to those from very warm regions, and learn how to distinguish them, and more importantly, discover which ones we like more.
