The recent comparative verticals of Prado Enea and Torre Muga, and of Marqués de Riscal and Barón de Chirel, gave us invaluable insight into the evolution of wines made in different styles. Inspired by that seminar, in this tasting we will explore how different wines, from diverse varieties and regions, evolve over the years, sometimes after more than a decade.
