2014: Ten Years Later

Although 2014 was not considered a great vintage at first, it has shown to be in its evolution at the same level as 2015 and 2016, especially in the Duero wine regions. One of Ribera del Duero’s top winemakers said that 2014 was the best vintage he has ever seen in the area. That’s a lofty statement, but many 2014 riberas and toros tasted over the years seem to support this perception. In this seminar we will blind taste great 2014s as the vintage is turning ten years old.
