Sorda

Sorda follows the personal conflict of its protagonist, played by the deaf actress Miriam Garlo (Eva Libertad’s sister). The filmmakers play with sound and hearing, making both elements integral to the story. This was the first sign language short film to receive a nomination for Spain’s Goya Awards.
