Animayo's Educational programme. Pixilation workshop
Pixilation
is a stop motion technique in which actors become “animated puppets”,
photographing their movements frame by frame to achieve impossible and poetic
effects. Designed as an educational session for teachers, it encourages
creativity, teamwork and learning audiovisual language with accessible
resources. Through this activity, the Instituto Cervantes reinforces its
mission to promote the Spanish language and culture through an innovative and
accessible educational tool that encourages creativity, teamwork and the
learning of audiovisual language. Designed for teachers and cultural mediators,
it multiplies its impact by being easily replicable in the classroom. Workshop taught by Damián
Perea.
