Workshop: Spanish Cheese Tasting Session
As part of Spanish Language Day, Día E, which we celebrate simultaneously at all the Instituto Cervantes centres worldwide on June 19, we have arranged the following activity: Workshop: Spanish Cheese Tasting Session Participants will explore the main characteristics of Spanish Cheeses and their denomination of origin. The workshop will cover the following: - Introduction to the flavours, aromas, textures and colours of Spanish cheeses - Tasting session of different cheeses including cow (Tetilla and Afuga`l Pitu), goat (Ibores), sheep (Manchego and Idiazabal) and blue (La Peral and Cabrales) - Participants will receive a certificate and a map indicating the regions of origin of Spanish cheeses.Maximum number of participants: 20 Reserve your place: cultlon1@cervantes.es
