Workshop: How to Cut Spanish Ham
As part of Spanish Language Day, Día E, which we celebrate simultaneously at all the Instituto Cervantes centres worldwide on June 19, we have arranged the following activity: How to Cut Spanish Ham. Participants will be offered a brief explanation of the different types of Spanish ham, and the way in which it is produced. The top ham carver from Ibérica restaurant will demonstrate the special techniques required for a good cut of ham. - Participants in the workshop will learn about the different parts of ham, the first steps taken when cutting ham, the specific knives that are used, and will also have the opportunity to cut their first slices. - Participants will also receive a certificate and a memento.Maximum number of participants: 15 Reserve your place: cultlon1@cervantes.es
