Contemporaries: Spanish recent cinema

The Instituto Cervantes in Leeds presents a new cinema series framed into our cinema club Luis Buñuel. This series will be the first of the new academic season, but the third of 2018. This time, the four films that form this series all are creations of new Spanish directors, fresh voices to express into moving images the concerns of their generation. Cinema lovers will have chance to enjoy 'The romantic exiles' by Jonás Trueba, 'Long distance' by Carlos Marqués-Macet, 'Sicixia' by Ignacio Vilar and 'One day I saw 10000 elephants' by Alex Guimerà and Juan Pajares.
