During Cervantes Week 2026, the Instituto Cervantes Library in Dublin will host a range of activities and initiatives.

Free Books: New Readers, New Stories

During the week of April 21 to 25, we would like to give a second life to a selection of books in Spanish, and we invite everyone interested to come to the library and choose the titles they would like to take home. It is an opportunity to discover unexpected reads and expand your personal library with books in Spanish.

Board Games

On Saturday, April 25, the library will be open from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm and invites you to come along and enjoy a selection of board games.

Special Discount for Library Membership

During the week of April 21 to 25, it will be possible to become a member of the library for €20 instead of €35, with an annual subscription. With your library card, you will be able to borrow materials, access the Electronic Library and a wide range of online resources, and take part in the reading club and the online film club.
