Loco por Lorca

Federico García Lorca still reaches deep into our hearts. One of the first poets to tune Federico’s distinctly Andalusian music into English was Michael Hartnett and so, with poetry and music in mind, this one-hour honours these two great poets with new translations into English by Keith Payne and into Irish by Theo Dorgan, together with new musical compositions and arrangements of Spanish folk music from Cormac Juan Breatnach, Jaime Muñoz, Carlos Beceiro and Cormac de Barra supported by motion graphics from Luis Poveda.
