Hispanic Gastronomies in the 21st Century
The Hispanic world is vast and surprising, as much as the gastronomies in each of its regions. This autumn, we invite you to do a gastronomic tour without leaving Dublin.
Our starting point in September will be the Iberian peninsula, with an introduction to products and modern Spanish cuisine, as well as a session dedicated to one of the star products in our cuisine: olive oil.
In October and November, to ease your way into the darker evenings, we bring you the mouth-watering cuisines from Peru and Mexico.
