On this special Cultural Night, Instituto Cervantes Dublin offers a close look at the arts in Spanish with a multidisciplinary program designed for this occasion. Be ready to immerse yourself in the Hispanic flavour.
As a first stop, Elida Maiques invites you to her drawing board, from where she will improvise a page of her comic book Every Inch a Cat. To continue, visit the artist and photographer Patricio Cassinoni who will guide us through his studio. Enjoy the anecdotes and images of the Irish photographer Lynn Feeney on her adventures to Cuba and get ready for a musical evening with Juan José Manzano’s guitar. Test your knowledge of Spanish culture with the quiz that the Spanish Tourist Office has prepared for you; and as a tasty farewell until next Culture Night, the Spanish Trade Office recommends a documentary about the most unclassifiable Spanish Sherry wine: the Palo Cortado.
