The Jable

Bruno Atkinson is a filmmaker working at the intersection of comedy and ecology, with a very educational approach to topics that dominate today’s social agenda. In this project, commissioned by Ecologistas en Acción de Lanzarote, the director brings us closer to a very special ecosystem where a seemingly barren landscape conceals a network of species and traditions that demand protection and conservation.

Synopsis: A grain of sand travels across the island of Lanzarote, revealing the world of tourism and its dark side: the illegal extraction of sand.
