Symphony of the Body

Sinfonía del cuerpo is a short dance film about architecture, in which the dancer Eduardo Guerrero and the singer and saxophonist Antonio Lizana create an ode to the body's ability to reclaim space in the overwhelming architecture of Rotterdam. To see her hometown from a physical experience, Monica Ruiz van Hattem invites a Spanish dancer and a musician to create an open-minded relationship between music, dance and the environment, without losing the connection to the body and the inner will. Special mention of the jury at the FIVER 2019 awards.
