Robertson Festival
The Instituto Cervantes in Sydney collaborates with The Robertson Hotel and the Spanish Embassy in Australia to carry out a Spanish cultural immersion in the city of Robertson on February 3. The event will feature a Spanish cooking master class with dinner included from Moonacre School, a talk with a whiskey and wine tasting from the Jiménez family and their company Joadja Malt Whiskies, the only distillery that uses Spanish barrels from Jerez in Australia, and a flamenco performance by guitarist Paco Lara.
