The Wedding

Marina Seresesky's universe is always punctuated by female protagonism and by the presence of people who have come to the story from different parts of the world. With her short film La boda she achieved general approval of her acting work, which she came from and knew well.

Synopsis: Mirta is Cuban and lives in Madrid. Like many immigrants, she works as a cleaner. Today at 6 p.m. her daughter is getting married, but nothing goes as she plans, and getting to that wedding is more difficult than it seems.
