Spanish Gastronomy Sessions

The Spanish Embassy in Australia, Eat Spanish and the Cervantes Institute are pleased to invite the public to a series of Spanish gastronomy days where 3 of the best Spanish chefs residing and working in Australia will offer, each of them, a conference on gastronomy about their región (Galicia, Catalunya and Valencia). Spanish Chefs in charge of gastronomic sessions are: Nacho Castells Rusiñol, VIC Head Chef at Tinto Restaurant in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. Victor Moya, NSW Head Chef/Business partner at Ormeggio at the Spit, Sydney. Santi Fernandez, WA Head Chef at Voyager Estate, Margaret River.
