The E Day
The coming 19th June the Instituto Cervantes in Sydney will celebrate the second edition of The Spanish language Day (The E Day); a world-wide event that is celebrated simultaneously in all the centres of the Cervantes network. The E Day is a project of the Instituto Cervantes that was born to commemorate and to celebrate the importance of the Spanish as an international language, which already counts with more than 450 million speakers in the world. In order to celebrate its diversity, and as a gratefulness act, more than 70 centres of the Instituto Cervantes will open their doors once again to a series of activities. With the inaugural act, "Rain of words" we will start a day full of activities. We invite you to celebrate this Spanish Day party with us at the Instituto Cervantes in Sydney. We will have activities for all the public: workshops for children, games, movies and many more surprises to celebrate The E Day.
