Bajarse al moro

When Fernando Colomo undertook this adaptation of the play of the same name, he was already a key director of the cinematographic milestone that was called "the Madrid comedy" and which starred in the arthouse cinema of the 1980s.

This film moves away from the festive tone that guided its previous titles to get much closer to its characters and present a world where other variables such as class or the future reveal a less playful environment.

Aitana Sánchez-Gijón's character manages to carve out a space among her three co-stars who are now part of the canon of our best performers.

Synopsis: Chusa shares a flat with her cousin, who is a drug dealer, and with her boyfriend, a police officer. To help his cousin, Chusa sometimes smuggles weed from Morocco. Since everyone smokes a little, there is always a need for more. Chusa then decides to go to Morocco with a friend, but this time things don't go as she thought. [Source: Lola Films].
