Female Short Films

«Cortos en femenino» is a program of short films made by women in Spain, which is convened annually by TRAMA, coordinator of film, video and multimedia exhibitions and festivals made by women. This year's selection for our cycle «Women's space. Contemporáneas »brings together four of the winning pieces of the 2020 Cortos en Femenino contest: three fictions and an animated documentary that testify to the richness and formal, stylistic, thematic and tonal diversity of female cinematographic creation in this format, and at the same time share the denominator common to treat the intimate experiences of the bodies: own bodies and other people's bodies, abusive experiences and pleasant experiences.
