Spanish Cheese is famous not only for their varieties and for their different flavors but also for their differences in product based on tradition, culture and region of origin. On this occasion, the Instituto Cervantes de Sídney and Eat Spanish collaborate to be able to offer a colloquium in Spanish about Spanish cheese, inviting the students of the center and the participants of the cultural activities of the institution in Sydney to a pleasant and entertaining talk in which will not only travel through the regions of Spain and their characteristic cheeses, but we will also be able to talk with the specialist Joaquin O Ponce from "El colmado", one of the most important importers of Spanish cheese in Australia today.
