Velada Lorca

Lorca's stay in New York meant a journey that would change the course of 20th century poetry. There, the poet learned, from his walks, the exercise of getting lost, and also to recognize his discomfort in the spirit of his time. In this second Lorca Evening organized by FILNYC in the city that never sleeps, we remember and celebrate the author of Poet in New York, a work that inaugurated a look at the city and the dialectic of the poet in it.
