Tenth Anniversary: Enomakase XI (A)

In 2015 we started our Enomakase tastings to close our year in wine. Borrowing from the Japanese concept of “omakase” (to entrust), we coined this term for our final seminar of the year where we taste a selection of wines served in a specific order to illustrate the sheer diversity of regions, grapes and styles of the wines of Spain, especially after the unprecedented revolution that is taking place in the country since the 1990s.
