Pachachutec, the improbable school
On the outskirts of Lima, in a neighborhood of very low resources, there is a school that the whims of fate decided should exist: the Pachacútec Cooking School. This documentary tells the story of three young graduates from the school, who are now succeeding around the world. In San Francisco, what began as an internship led Jhosmery to become the pastry chef at a respected Peruvian restaurant. In Luxembourg, Gerson takes charge of a kitchen with modernist ambitions. And in Lima, Alan successfully runs a ceviche business. All of them saw gastronomy as an opportunity to get ahead.
