Mugaritz BSO

This documentary portrays the creative process present at the Mugaritz restaurant,using music to highlight the work that goes on in the kitchen. We witness the makling of the dishes and are allowed to travel to  Ethiopia and Peru in seach of inspiration. We are even taken into the recording studio where the music is created showing us the process and labor that goes into creation and novelty.
