Spain's Best Wines Region II

This second wine tasting seminar focuses on Ribera del Duero, home of the legendary Vega Sicilia, pioneering Pesquera,and cult star Pingus. Following that, we will cover the neighboring Toro region that has been transformed in the last  twenty years. We will continue with the promising Bierzo area, and with Rías Baixas, whose albariños are Spain most acclaimed white wines. We will study their history, grape varieties and dominant wine styles, and taste twelve of their very best wines.
