IV Ibero-American Current Affairs Forum: Panama
The fourth meeting of this series is dedicated to Panama, a Central American country and the geographic nexus for exchange and communications between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The Ibero American Current Affairs Forums are a a meeting point for renowned specialists in different fields of study, research, performance, culture, social affairs and politics, organised by Instituto Cervantes together with the Cultural Institutes of Ibero-American countries. The name Panama means "abundance of fish" or "abundance of butterflies" and in this forum the diversity of the participants is apparent.
