III Ibero American Current Afairs Forum: Spain

The Ibero-American Current Affairs Forum is an initiative of Instituto Cervantes New York with the collaboration of the Ibero-American Consulates and Cultural Institutes that are present in the city. It is a meeting place for specialists in linguistic, cultural, scientific, technological, political and social fields. The aims are to highlight the accomplishments, the challenges faced, the objectives to be met and the lines of future action to be taken by the various countries of the Hispanic world. Following Mexico and Colombia, this forum focuses on Spain. It will feature a presentation by Luis García Montero, director of Instituto Cervantes and the participation of the scientist Ana Céspedes ; the chef Jose Andrés, recognized for his humanitarian work leading the NGO World Central Kitchen ; and Guillermo Fesser, journalist and writer. Richard Bueno Hudson, Director of Instituto Cervantes New York, will be the moderator.
