Alicia Alonso with Nureyev and Victoria de los Ángeles

A presentation on the legacy of the legendary Cuban ballerina and here unique performance in Palma de Mallorca in 1990 that brought together Alicia with two other legends of dance and opera, Rudolf Nureyev and Victoria de los Angeles. With a panel of distinguished personalities from the world of ballet, including ballet scholar Lester Tomé; author Octavio Roca (Cuban Ballet), a personal friend of Alonso; and former student Caridad Martínez (now a teacher at Ballet Hispanico); moderated by Prof. Ana María Hernández (CUNY).
