The early 1990s marked the beginning of an unprecedented wine revolution that has transformed Spain’s wine landscape like no other period before, surpassing the achievements of the mid-19th century. Our wine program has been a privileged witness of this revolution. This tasting seminar –a follow-up of the seminar of historic wines last season— is a tribute to the groundbreaking wines, wineries and winemakers responsible for this sea change. They represent the most important turning points of the last three decades that have redefined the wines of Spain and set the course for an even brighter future.
