Paco de Lucía Legacy is a tribute to the greatest flamenco artist of all time on the tenth anniversary of his death. The aim of this tribute is not only to celebrate the life and work of the maestro, but also to show how this local and traditional music transcends borders. It has been conceived as a great celebration that highlights the synergistic coexistence of flamenco with other styles such as jazz, classical music or African music.
More than 30 artists from different backgrounds and both sides of the Atlantic will come together to celebrate Paco for 5 days. The heart of this great city will beat to the rhythm of flamenco. Instituto Cervantes New York will hold two events of the festival.
