Confluences: Panga Ibérica, a documentary

Mikel de Luis and Andrés Morataya crossed paths on January of 2018, thnaks to their culinary passion. Both Andrés and Mikel shared the idea of searching for a way to create a concept, a path that Morataya had already explored with chefs from Central America. The idea for Panga Ibérica sprung from a desire to share cultures and knowledge from two Iberian countries (Portugal and Spain), and two from Central America (Apanama and Guatemala). A desire also to enjoy the jungle, to get acquainted with local produces, and a passion for the culinary world. In essence, Panga Ibérica is the love of nature, tradition, passion, culture and life. Chefs from Spain and Latinoamerica, they will talk about their experiences and fusion on their jobs.
