Blind Ambition

This fun and enlightening wine tasting is devoted to identify the defining features of some of the most famous grape varieties of Spain. In each of the selected varieties we will first taste a classic wine and then we will compare it to other wines to assess similarities and differences due to climate, soil and winemaking factors. This will be an enjoyable learning experience that will help us refine our palates.
