Barbadillo: Celebrating 200 years

The venerable winery Bodegas Barbadillo was founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, one of the main three towns in the Sherry country. In its two hundred years of history, it became one of the top makers of manzanilla, an excellent producer of traditional sherries, and a significant innovator in releasing the first Palomino table wine and expanding to other wine areas of Spain. In this seminar, we will celebrate Barbadillo’s two hundred years of history and taste its most distinctive wines, from manzanilla to VORS and their ultrarare Reliquia.
