The creative couple formed by director Javier Marco and scriptwriter Belén Sánchez-Arévalo already has an impressive career that culminated in the Goya for best short film for their Face to Face in 2020, and with their feature film debut with Josefina, in 2021. Their ability to thread the most personal stories with a look at the most disadvantaged in society is also in Uno, a short film inscribed in the terrible and deadly story of the Strait.
