The Queen of the Lizards

Belonging to the comic lineage of The Amazing Hour and seasoned in the world of web series, Burnin ’Percebes —Fernando Martínez and Juan González— have been writing the underground history of Spanish cinema for a decade with a filmography made with what they are wearing. The Queen of the Lizards is their latest feature, shot in super8.

Its plot introduces us to Berta and Javi, a couple who says goodbye after a summer relationship. The problem begins when, despite waiting patiently in any place, the spaceship that had to pick up the prince of an alien race of lizards does not appear and Javi, head down, returns home, with Berta.
