Sin Dios ni Santa María

Sin Dios ni Santa María La banda negra

Sin Dios ni Santa María takes as its starting point the historical rereading of the figure of the witch, an investigation that led its directors to texts, such as Caliban and the Witch, by Silvia Federici. It is an analysis in which the dynamics of social expropriation directed at the body, knowledge and reproduction of women for centuries are unearthed. Synopsis: Since there were no planes, people moved by means of prayers from one land to another and returned early, before dawn. In some old sound recordings, the voices of shepherds speak of a mythical existence, witches and travels. In the daily life of a woman the magic of her stories materializes as she waits for the arrival of the night when travel is possible.
