It Does not give me Life (badly)
One of the successful Spanish films of 2022 has
been Cinco lobitos, Alauda Ruiz de Azúa's debut feature. Her career has been
structured around short films with an efficient voice that reveals her work in
advertising, but also with a narrative forcefulness that never leaves the
viewer indifferent. This short film is the story of the screenwriter Virginia
Mosquera, who, as a mirror, shows a social and emotional reality from a parodic
profile where no one is safe. Synopsis: One Thursday a month Lucas, Río and
Marcos manage to play mus at Xabi's house, the perfect host. It seems like a
normal game until Xabi confesses to them what he has had to do the previous month.
