Niñato
Adrián Orr PCSocial cinema breaks free from its stagnation in Adrián Orr's debut feature Niñato, a film that, fleeing from truculence, pathos or emotional traps, focuses on the particular family of David Ransanz, a young rapper from the Madrid suburbs who raises a brood of three unemployed and living in his mother's house. Through his daily life and the close relationship between the filmmaker and his subject, Orr paints a moving and intimate portrait of this "niñato" who tries to resist in a grey and not very encouraging scene, while he persists in his musical dreams.
