Jane, Tarzan ez zen horren guay
Begoña VicarioThe informative and formative work of Begoña Vicario already has a long history and there are many animators who have been forged in her classroom and in her collective works. Jane, Tarzan ez zen horren guay (Jane, Tarzan was not so cool) is one of her first works: in it she already rehearses with the game of forms and visual expression with an intention not exempt of political eagerness nor of mockery. The short film is a work of collective creation directed by twenty young Basque artists, under the coordination of Begoña Vicario. Synopsis: This is a reinterpretation of the famous scene in which Tarzan and Jane swim together, from the movie Tarzan and his companion (Cedric Gibbons, 1934) where color, abstract shapes and rhythms tell us about a paradigm shift.
